Pusher jam sensors for GMB DecapFlow automatic decapper

Pusher jam sensors automatically stop the machine when the pusher gets jammed, improving efficiency and preventing crushed cases. The stopping distance depends on the machine speed - the higher the speed, the farther the head travels before it stops.

The most common causes of pusher jams are:

– an upside-down case
– a damaged rim
– a case that is longer than the other cases being processed (e.g. a different caliber)

What comes with the kit:

– two sensors
– mounting brackets
– plug enclosure

These sensors work independently and cannot be used in combination with other sensors.

This product will not work with GMB DecapFlow automatic decappers purchased before September 15, 2026.
